I, undersigned, acknowledge that the equipment listed above, and any subsequent replacements, is the sole property of Retriever Merchant Solutions. This agreement is cancellable at any time. Cancellation will be confirmed by returning the equipment along with written and signed cancellation notice. If I do not return the equipment within the timeframe and in the same condition as the equipment was received, I agree that I am liable for the value of the equipment and that the amount owed will be deducted via ACH from the bank account on file with Retriever. Payment will stop 1 month after cancellation letter and return of equipment.
