THIS ARTICULATION AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between NORTH CAROLINA AGRICULTURAL AND TECHNICAL STATE UNIVERSITY, a public university located in Greensboro, North Carolina (hereinafter “N.C. A&T”) and JAMES SPRUNT COMMUNITY COLLEGE, a North Carolina Community College System Institution (hereinafter “JSCC”). N.C. A&T and JSCC hereby join in a collaborative effort to facilitate the transfer of students graduating from JSCC with an Associate in Applied Science in Agricultural Education into the Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education (Secondary Education) Program at N.C. A&T and agree to the following terms and conditions:
