This, together with risks of loss or damage in the supply chain, imposes very considerable requirements on the supplier and the series parts, tools, operating equipment, raw materials and input materials that it manufactures and supplies and/or uses, including any associated processes, in particular with regard to development and manufacture (jointly re- ferred to as the “Contractual Product” or “Contractual Products”). These requirements relate, in particular, to quality, reliability, transparency, adherence to delivery schedules and competitiveness at the levels of innovation, logistics and pricing.
