MSSNG is a groundbreaking program sponsored by Autism Speaks (“AS”) to create the world’s largest genomic database on autism; AS and any other organizations that AS elects to collaborate with as co-sponsors of MSSNG are referred to herein as the “Sponsor” of MSSNG. MSSNG has been established for the purposes of storing whole genome sequencing data and other data generated in the course of the operation of MSSNG in a cloud based data environment (the “MSSNG Database”) and providing access to researchers to the MSSNG Database. The researcher listed on the signature page hereof (the “Researcher”) and the institution with which the Researcher is affiliated (if any) that is listed on the signature page hereof (the “Institution”) desire to enter into this MSSNG Database Access Agreement (this “DAA”) with the Sponsor in order to obtain access to the MSSNG Database for the purpose of conducting the specific research project (the “Research Project”) described in Researcher’s application attache
