LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT identified above (the “Master Lease”) is entered into as of this April 2, 2013, by and among COMPASS MORTGAGE CORPORATION, an Alabama corporation, as lessor (“Lessor”) and CITY OF EL PASO, TEXAS, as lessee (“Lessee”). All of the provisions of the Master Lease are incorporated herein by reference and capitalized terms used herein and not defined shall have the meanings assigned them in the Master Lease.
