This Confidential Master Settlement Agreement (the “MSA” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between those Claimants listed in Exhibit A hereto (“Claimants”), by and through their counsel Mason LLP, on the one hand, and T-Mobile US, Inc. (“T-Mobile”), on the other. This MSA is intended by the Claimants and T-Mobile (collectively, the “Parties”) to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (defined below) upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof (the “Settlement”).
