This Second Amendment (“Amendment”) effective January 1, 2003, unless expressly stated otherwise herein, is made by and between the City of Overland Park, Kansas (hereinafter referred to as “City”) and United HealthCare Services, Inc. a Minnesota corporation located at 9900 Bren Road East, Minneapolis, Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as “UHS”) for the purpose of amending the terms and conditions of the Administrative Services and Preferred Provider Network Access Agreement originally effective between the parties January 1, 2001 and subsequent amendments (“Agreement”). This Amendment is made pursuant to Section XIII. of the Agreement.
