This Stadium Lease (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between the ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, VIRGINIA (“EDA”), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“EDA”), and NAVIGATORS BASEBALL, LP (“Tenant”), a limited partnership organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (EDA and Tenant are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”);
