BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE RICHMOND HEIGHTS LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACT (260 Days)Ohio • June 8th, 2022
It is hereby agreed by and between the Board of Education of the Richmond Heights Local School District, hereinafter called the Board, and LAKISHA DAVIES, hereinafter called Employee, that the said Board, in accordance with the action taken at its regular meeting held on April 26, 2021 and amended on May 23, 2022, does hereby employ Employee as the DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL EDUCATION for a period of three years commencing on the 1st day of August, 2021. Both parties agree that Employee shall perform the duties of DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL EDUCATION as prescribed by the laws of the State of Ohio and by the rules, regulations and position descriptions adopted by Board, and that Employee will devote his/her full time, skill, labor, and attention to said employment during the term of this contract. This position is fully funded through the IDEA Grant.
