This Settlement Agreement, dated March , 2024, is made and entered into by and between: (1) Plaintiffs T.D. and Monica Gama, on behalf of herself, as next friend to A.L. (collectively, “Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”), on behalf of themselves and the proposed Settlement Class (as hereinafter defined); and (2) Defendants Mercy Hospitals East Communities and Mercy Health (collectively, “Mercy”) (individually each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
