The Board of Directors of BTM Resources Berhad (“BTM”) wishes to announce that Besut Tsuda Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“BTI”) a wholly-owned subsidiary of BTM has on 15 January 2013 entered into a Log Supply Agreement with Sung Lee Timber Trading Sdn. Bhd.(Company No. 41008-K) (“SLTT”) for the purchase of log over a period of two (2) years from 1st January 2013.
