This Mars Mining Master Agreement (this “MA”) is entered into by and between Mars Mining, Inc., an Oregon corporation (“Mars”), and Customer, and is effective on the Effective Date of the first Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form for the purchase of any Product or Service (the “Effective Date”). This MA provides the general terms and conditions applicable to Customer’s purchase of products and services (“Products” or “Services”) under a schedule(s) or service schedule(s) at https://www.marsmining.co/legal/product-and- service-terms-and-conditions (each, a “Schedule” or “Service Schedule”).
