The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) (“Performing Agency”) and the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) (“Receiving Agency”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following agreement for services pertaining to the Regulatory Automation System (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
