At the December 21, 2020 City Council meeting, the Council continued the consideration of a new license agreement with WFM26, LLC (Bensidoun) for the ability to use Lot 3 for a seasonal open-air and covered market on Saturdays from April 1 through November 30, at an annual license rate of $20,000. The City Council desired more flexibility with the time period spelled out in the original draft with the goal of shorting the use time frame to logistically permit other events to occur in Lot 3 on Saturday evenings and Sundays.
