This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the AGREEMENT) is made and entered into this 15th day of June 2019, by and between the City of Marianna, a Florida municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the CITY) and having an office at , a Corporation in the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR) hereby agrees to provide the CITY with continuing General Contractor Services on an “as needed basis.” It is understood and agreed the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) associated with this solicitation becomes a part of this Agreement.
