This First Amendment to the Grant Agreement (“First Amendment”) dated December 7, 2021 (“Effective Date”) is entered into between City of Dublin (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") and TriValley BMR, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "GRANTEE"). The CITY and GRANTEE are each individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.” Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this First Amendment shall have the meanings specified in the Grant Agreement.
