This Right of Entry Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of October 14 , 2021 for reference purposes only, is entered into by and between APPLIED WATER RESOURCES CORPORATION dba AWR Environmental (“LICENSEE”), and the CITY OF SAN JOSÉ, a California municipal corporation (“CITY”), and shall become effective upon execution by the CITY.
