THIS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT is made pursuant to the Industrial Relations Act this 3rd day of May Two Thousand and Thirteen between the NANYANG POLYTECHNIC (hereinafter referred to as the “Polytechnic”) of 180 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8, Singapore 569830 of the one part and the AMALGAMATED UNION OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES, a trade union registered under the Trade Unions Act and having its registered office at Wisma AUPE, 295 Upper Paya Lebar Road, Singapore 534929 (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”) of the other part.
