THIS AGREEMENT, entered into as of the day of , 2023, by and between the Town of Johnstown, a Colorado home rule municipal corporation (hereinafter called “Town” or “Owner”), and J-2 Contracting Company, a Colorado corporation (hereinafter called “Contractor”). This Agreement is referred to herein as either the “Agreement” or the “Contract”.
