This Transportation Safety Office Interagency Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Transportation, Transportation Safety Office, hereinafter referred to as ODOT or Agency, and the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Oregon State Police, hereinafter referred to as Grantee or Subrecipient, and collectively referred to as the Parties (the “Project”).
