This Class Action Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”), subject to approval by the Court as set forth herein, is hereby made between Vivian Niedzinski (“Plaintiff”), individually and as the proposed representative of the Settlement Class, as defined herein, and Defendant Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper (“Mr. Cooper”). This Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (as the term is defined below), upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
