The undersigned Subcontractor/Supplier together with all Subcontractor/Supplier Subsidiaries, Divisions and Affiliates (collectively the “Subcontractor/Supplier”), hereby agrees with AZCO INC. (“AZCO”), a company whose principal office is located at 806 Valley Road, Menasha, WI 54952 as set forth herein.
