This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Jon Wood (“Plaintiff”) and defendants 2018HMO LLC dba Hikei Modern Cannabis, Aaron Magana, and 2018HMPF LLC (“Defendants”).
