This Shared Electric Scooters License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 26th day of April, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Bird Rides, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 406 Broadway #369 Santa Monica, CA 90401 (the “Licensee”) and the City of Pueblo, Colorado, a Colorado municipal corporation, located at 1 City Hall Place, Pueblo, CO 81003 (the “City”). Licensee and City are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
