This Lease Agreement is entered into this d ay of , 2023, by and between Alachua County, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant", and, the Town of Micanopy, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, by and through its Town Commission, hereinafter referred to as "Landlord". As used herein, the term “Parties” shall refer collectively to the Tenant and the Landlord.
