THIS License Assignment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of September , 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Huntsville City Board of Education, a political subdivision of the State of Alabama a/k/a City Board of Education of Huntsville, AL (the “Licensee”), and SoniqWave Networks LLC (“SoniqWave Networks”) (each sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
