We refer to the SEK 1,300,000,000, EUR 290,000,000 and GBP 250,000,000 term loan, SEK 3,000,000,000 multicurrency revolving and SEK 2,000,000,000 equity bridge facilities agreement between ourselves and you dated on or about the date of this letter (the "Facilities Agreement"). This is the Syndication Letter. Terms defined in the Facilities Agreement have the same meaning when used in this letter, unless a contrary indication appears.
