This Memorandum of Understanding sets forth the terms of agreement reached between the City of Fountain Valley and the Orange County Employees’ Association as the Exclusively Recognized Employee Organization for the Field Services Unit for the period beginning August 16, 2015 through August 25, 2017. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all provisions shall become effective August 16, 2015.
