Teledyne Isco, a business unit of Teledyne Instruments, Inc. (the "Licensor", which expression shall include its successors and assigns) is authorized to license the software and any documentation contained in this package, and any portion thereof, (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, or any portion thereof, you, on behalf of yourself and, if the Software is to be downloaded, installed, or used in performance of your duties as an employee, your employer (jointly and separately the “Licensee”) agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Licensee and Licensor are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and/or collectively as the “Parties”, and Licensee is sometimes referred to herein as “you”.
