The board of the Company (“Board”) refers to its announcement dated 25 January 2011 in relation to “Major Transaction: Proposed acquisition of all of the issued share capital of Affinity Capital Pte Ltd, PT Selular Global Net, PT Selular Media Infotama and PT Metrotech Jaya Komunika Indonesia, and 70% of the issued share capital of PT Metrotech Makmur Sehjatera” (“Announcement”). Capitalised terms not defined herein shall bear the same meanings ascribed to them in the Announcement.
