In consideration of being permitted, for my own purpose and interests, to enter upon the premises of the Port Authority of Allegheny County (the Authority); I hereby release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Authority and its employees/agents from and against, and assume the risk for, and on behalf of myself, my heirs, my survivors, and my estate, for all damages, losses, injuries, and any and all other claims of any types whatsoever of personal injury (including death) and other loss or damage of any nature whatsoever including damage to my personal property, other than those sustained or caused solely by the negligence of the Authority or its employees or agents, limited to the extent permitted by federal and/or Pennsylvania law... In the event any clause, term or provision of this agreement shall be declared or adjudicated invalid for any reason, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the other clauses, terms and provisions hereof, which shall remain in force and effect,
