THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of June, 2013, by and between the City of Reno (hereafter “Reno”), the City of Sparks (hereafter “Sparks”), and the County of Washoe, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, (hereafter “Washoe County” or “County”).
