This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Jessica Manner (“Plaintiff”), individually, and in her representative capacity on behalf of all others similarly situated on the one hand, and defendant Gucci America, Inc. (“Gucci” or “Defendant”) on the other hand, and their respective counsel. Plaintiff and Gucci jointly are referred to herein as “Parties.” This agreement is subject to Court approval.
