Renewal Of Services: Unless otherwise agreed by both Parties in writing, all Services ordered under or transferred to this Agreement shall have an Initial Service Term of twelve (12) months unless otherwise set out in the relevant Service order. At the expiration of the Initial Service Term for each Service, Customer shall be entitled to renew the Services for the Renewal Service Term under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including but not limited to charges, by serving on Verizon written notice of renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Service Term for each Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties may negotiate an amendment to this Agreement including but not limited to the extension of the Term to be effective after the expiration of the Initial Service Term or the Renewal Service Term, as the case may be.
