This is an agreement for natural gas supply service between Major Energy Services, LLC (“Major Energy”, “Major”, “Company” or “we”) and you (“you” or “Customer”), for the service address or addresses set forth in your electronic enrollment summary. Together, the Terms of Service set forth herein, your Contract Summary, electronic enrollment, as applicable and your Welcome Email, collectively describe your agreement and understanding with respect to your purchase of natural gas supply service from Company (“Agreement”) and constitute your contract with Major. By entering into this Agreement with Major, you are representing that you are the regulated utility retail natural gas customer account holder for the account(s) you provided during your enrollment and listed in your Welcome Email, and in your electronic enrollment summary. You will be bound by all the provisions of the Agreement, as they may be amended from time to time. Company is licensed by the Maryland Public Service Commissio
