This Agreement made and entered into at Waunakee, Wisconsin according to the provisions of Section 111.70, Wisconsin Statutes, by and between the Waunakee Area Emergency Medical Service, a Municipal Employer, hereinafter called the “Employer” or “EMS” and the International Association of Fire Fighters, AFL-CIO, Local 311, hereinafter called the “Union.”
