This OMNIA Partners Program Agreement (“Program Agreement”) by and between State of Mississippi (“Buyer”) and BSN Sports, LLC is made effective as of October 1, 2021 (the Program Agreement Effective Date”) and is attached to and governed by the OMNIA Partners Agreement(s) specifically marked and identified in Section 2.1 below (“OMNIA Partners Agreement(s)”) between BSN Sports, LLC and OMNIA Partners. Buyer and BSN Sports, LLC are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”. All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the OMNIA Partners Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.
