The terms in this Online Voter Registration (OVR) Unique URL Pilot Program Participant Agreement (the “Agreement”) govern participation in and use of the OVR Unique URL Pilot Program (the “Pilot Program” or “Service”) that is made available by the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office (“AZSOS”). These terms and conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between AZSOS and the organization participating in the Pilot Program (the “Participant”).
