This Proposition 84 Integrated Regional Water Management Subgrant Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) is made this day of , 2012, between the Santa Barbara County Water Agency (“AGENCY”) and the City of Lompoc (“SUBGRANTEE”) (collectively “THE PARTIES”), regarding the approved grant funded project component known as the Lompoc Valley Leak Detection and Repair Project (“THE PROJECT COMPONENT”).
