This Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement, effective from the date of signing by both parties, is by and between South Dakota State University, a public state institution of higher education under the control and management of the South Dakota Board of Regents (hereinafter, “University”) located at Administration Lane, Brookings South Dakota, and Brookings School District, a public state body for K-12 education under the control and management of the South Dakota Board of Regents (hereinafter “District”) located at 2130 8th Street South, Brookings South Dakota.
