This Services Agreement (this "Agreement"), effective as of the date the Customer electronically signs/acknowledges the Agreement (the "Effective Date"), is by and between Conexlink, LLC, a Texas limited liability, with offices located at 1101 Venture Court, Carrolton, TX 75201 ("Service Provider") and the Customer requesting services and acknowledging this Agreement ("Customer" and together with Service Provider, the "Parties", and each a "Party").
