THIS PROJECT AGREEMENT (hereinafter, the “Project Agreement”), is made as of August 31, 2021, by and between the CITY OF YONKERS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, with offices at 470 Nepperhan Avenue, Suite 200, Yonkers, New York 10701 (the “Agency”), and 56 PROSPECT HOLDINGS, LLC, a State of New York limited liability company, having offices at 786 Walt Whitman Road, Melville, New York 11747 (the “Company”).
