These Terms apply to the Spirits of ’76 Ghost Tour Audio Adventure (“Audio Tour”) that you can listen to on various devices, mediums and formats, including, but not limited to, iPods, MP3 players, CD players, mobile phones, PCs, etc. The Audio Tour may be distributed through different distributors ("Authorized Distributors") that The Constitutional Guided Walking Tours, LLC, d/b/a The Constitutional Walking Tour of Philadelphia (“The Constitutional”) and d/b/a Spirits of ’76 Ghost Tour of Philadelphia (“Spirits of ’76 Ghost Tour of Philadelphia”) has arranged and/or will arrange including: 1) online and available for download at various Web sites, including, but not limited to: http://www.spiritsof76.com, and 2) for rental and/or purchase at various tourist locations in the Philadelphia area.
