This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement is made and entered into as of the dates indicated at the signatures below by and among COUNTY OF SARPY, NEBRASKA (hereinafter referred to as “Sarpy County”), CITY OF PAPILLION, NEBRASKA (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), and SANITARY AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 301 OF SARPY COUNTY, NEBRASKA (hereinafter referred to as “SID No. 301”). Sarpy County, the City and SID NO. 301 are sometimes referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the “Parties”.
