The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Super-Circular – 2 CFR Part 200 new rules apply to entitlement Programs such as the CACFP effective October 1, 2015. This Super-Circular addresses uniform administrative requirements, cost principles and audit requirements for Federal awards. For purposes of this Contract, the terms “contractor” and “vendor” have the same meaning.
