The following terms (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement concluded by and between you and Huawei (either of which may be referred to individually as a "Party" or collectively as "Parties"). This Agreement stipulates your rights and obligations when you use your HUAWEI ID to sign in to this Website and use the Basic Services (as defined below) provided by Huawei under this Agreement. By clicking the "I agree" button (or any other similar button) below this Agreement, or by using any of the products and services provided by Huawei under this Agreement, it shall be deemed that you have fully understood and accepted the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you shall not use any services under this Agreement.
