This Agreement is the contract of deposit, which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Business Membership and Account(s) offered to you. In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean anyone who signs the Business Account Card or Account Change Card (“Account Card”). The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Sound Credit Union (“Credit Union”). The word “account” means any one or more accounts you have with the Credit Union.
