This Price Agreement (“Price Agreement” or “Agreement”) is between the State of Oregon (“State”), acting by and through its Department of Administrative Services (“DAS” or “Department”) on behalf of Agencies, as defined below, and [Insert Awarded Contractor] (“Contractor”). This Agreement is effective on the date that it has been fully executed by the parties and approved as required by law (“Effective Date”). DAS has the authority to enter into this Agreement under ORS 279A.050 (7) (a).
