The Company agrees to pay all hours worked in excess of eight and one-half hours per day at an overtime premium rate calculated at one and one-half times the employee's regular hourly rate, excepting Sundays, which will be paid at two (2) times the regular rate, except when an employee's regular shift commences or terminates on a Sunday.
