This Agreement, the schedule attached to it and any endorsements (the “Agreement”) is made by and between BJP Insurance Brokers Ltd trading as Focus Underwriting (“Focus”), registered office Southgate House, Wellington Road, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 2BJ and the intermediary (the “intermediary”) whose name is stated on page 2 of this agreement. Other than where expressly provided in the agreement, any communications between the intermediary and Focus shall be made direct at the addresses shown in this agreement.
